This immersive experience will help you:

• Embody new feeling states that you may have had trouble accessing on a regular basis​
• Learn a type of meditation that brings you into deep contact with the Divine Source for healing, guidance, and wisdom
• You will also receive an intuitive body scan

During this experience, we will gently explore your inner or outer challenge(s), expand awareness of any hidden gifts in your trouble, harvest whatever wisdom can be gleaned, and change any limiting beliefs to true, Divinely inspired beliefs.  

This is a broad outline.  Each intensive will be unique to you!
