Connecting to the
4 worlds of Kabbalah
for Peace, Inner Strength, and Resilience

An 8 session guided program to go deep within and incorporate Jewish mystical wisdom into your plan for living well and thriving
In addition to being a Life Coach, ThetaHealer and Spiritual Counselor, I am an ordained Rabbinic Chaplain.

I've developed this live Zoom program as a way to incorporate the wisdom of Kabbalah into our daily lives, gather a toolkit for peace and inner strength, and receive private support to actualize the inner or outer changes you want.

This program is
perfect as a 1:1 experience, or for small groups.

There are 2 features to this program:  The first part consists of 4 experiential sessions in which we learn about the four worlds of Kabbalah. The Four Worlds are akin to four different aspects of our being – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

In this part of the program, we will connect with the Four Worlds in both intellectual and experiential ways.  Intellectually, we will encounter Kabbalistic and Hassidic teachings to learn about the basics and the nuances of the Four Worlds in Jewish thinking.

Experientially, we will engage with Jewish and secular practices that can help us strengthen our connection with our Higher Self and the Divine, such as Jewish chant, journaling, short guided kabbalistic meditations, and Intentional Doodling. Intentional Doodling
is a way to move pen on paper that frees up both halves of the brain. It helps you access deep insights from our Higher self, increases creative thinking, and helps create a state of flow. No artistic talent or skill is required.

The increased connection with the Four Worlds as a result of these practices can help us stay steady and peaceful through the inevitable challenges of life.

The second part of this program consists of 4 private sessions that alternate with the learning sessions.  The private sessions are a combination of coaching and ThetaHealing, and are also informed by my background in spiritual counseling.

In these private coaching/healing sessions, we will explore and address whatever is specifically arising within you in relation to the Kabbalistic teachings. These sessions will help you to move through any blocks or challenges and actualize the changes you specifically need and want.

This program is open to all people of all faiths. No prior knowledge of Kabbalah is needed.

Investment:  $1200 or $1000 if paid in advance.  A partial scholarship may be available.

Dates and times:  We will find mutually agreeable dates and times, based on your time zone.

Questions?  Ready to begin? Please be in touch using the form at the bottom of this page and I will get back to you within 48 business hours.
I look forward to hearing from you!
